A tip of the peripheral wall 6a of the metal frame 6 is discretely exposed from the periphery of the resin frame part 3a, and electrical conduction is created between the tip of the peripheral wall 6a and a touch panel electrode 2c through an anisotropic conductive adhesive film 7.
