PIVKA-II MEASURING METHOD, MEASURING REAGENT, AND MEASURING KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring means of PIVKA-II in which serum-plasma correlation is better than a conventional method.SOLUTION: A PIVKA-II measuring method includes measuring PIVKA-II in a specimen by immunoassay using: a mixture of an anti-F1 antibody specifically binding to prothrombin fragmentation F1 or its antigen binding fragment, and an anti-F2 antibody specifically binding to prothrombin fragmentation F2 or its antigen binding fragment; and an anti-PIVKA-II antibody specifically binding to PIVKA-II or its antigen binding fragment. According to the method, serum-plasma correlation is more significantly improved than a conventional method.
