Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover filter which prevents water from leaking from a pipe connection part of an underground water storage facility where rain water and the like is stored or impregnated and prevents sediment from flowing into the inside of the facility, and a connection method using the cover filter.SOLUTION: A cover filter 10 covers a pipe connection part of a pipe 100 for flowing rain water and the like into or from an underground water storage facility 200 where rain water and the like is stored or impregnated and the underground water storage facility 200. The cover filter 10 has an adhesion part 11 adhered to the pipe connection part and a collar part 12 into which the pipe 100 is inserted. The cover filter 10 is inserted into and mounted to the pipe 100, the adhesion part 11 of the cover filter 10 is adhered to the pipe connection part where a connection hole 201 is formed, and the collar part 12 and an end part of the pipe 100 are bound together.
