Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rubber composition capable of improving low fuel consumption performance, wear resistance, degradation resistance, wet grip performance and dry grip performance with sufficient balance, and a heavy load tire manufactured using the same.SOLUTION: The tire rubber composition includes a rubber component, silica and a specified chemical compound. The rubber component includes modified natural rubber having a phosphorus content of 200 ppm or less and modified butadiene rubber. In the rubber component of 100 mass%, the content of the modified natural rubber is 40-95 mass%, and the content of the modified butadiene rubber is 5-60 mass%. The silica has 30-400 nm of an average length Lbetween branching particles A-A including a branching particle A when the branching particle A has three or more particles adjacent to one particle. To the rubber component of 100 pts.mass, the content of the silica is 5-150 pts mass, and the specified chemical compound is 0.1-10 pts.mass.
