Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible adhesive composition capable, as a water-dispersible adhesive composition suitable for adhesions of woody materials, of manufacturing a laminate material excellent in terms of flexural properties, of inhibiting blowout phenomena occurring at manufacturing steps, and of greatly improving the productivity and a method for manufacturing a laminate material using the same.SOLUTION: The provided composition comprises: a mixture including a compound having at least two intramolecular isocyanate groups and a specified polyalkylene glycol-based polymer; a filler; and water; the ratio of the polyalkylene glycol-based polymer with respect to 100 parts.mass of the compound having isocyanate groups is 3-20 parts.mass; the ratio of the filler with respect to 100 parts.mass of the mixture is 100-400 parts.mass; the ratio of water with respect to 100 parts.mass of the mixture is 20-200 parts.mass.
