PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a round-shaped register capable of blowing smooth diffusion air and improving an operation feeling during tilting operation.SOLUTION: A ball joint 8 having a ball is disposed on a central line parallel to a blowing direction in a retainer 1. In a turning louver 2, a central shaft supporting part 3 having shaft supporting parts 4 radially protruded is disposed at the center of a cylindrical frame 20. The central shaft supporting part 3 is attached so as to be tiltable and turnable by making a ball hole 41 provided in its center fit to a ball 81. Inside the cylindrical frame 20, movable fins 23 are pivotally supported so as to be turnable by a support shaft in a radial direction at nearly equal intervals, and an inside part of each movable fin 23 is pivotally supported by each shaft supporting part 4 of the central shaft supporting part 3. In the middle of the front side of the central shaft supporting part 3, an operation part 6 is mounted so as to be turnable about the central line of the turning louver 2, and the operation part 6 is linked with the inside part of each movable fin 23 via a bevel gear mechanism 5.
