Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid apparatus enhancing hearing aid performance.SOLUTION: A hearing aid apparatus 1 having a dichotic function includes: a first sound input/output device 2 having a first microphone 8 which is worn on one ear; a second sound input/output device 3 having a second microphone 10 which is worn on the other ear; and a dichotic setting section 18. The dichotic setting section 18 determines a generation of time-masking according to an audio signal input through the first microphone 8 or the second microphone 10, and sets the dichotic function to be valid or invalid based on the determination result.
