PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a substrate bias effect of a transmission gate.SOLUTION: A transmission gate 100, switching whether or not an input signal input in a first I/O terminal 110 should be transmitted to a second I/O terminal 120 according to a logical value of an enable signal, includes: a P-channel transistor 10 whose source and drain are connected between the first I/O terminal 110 and the second I/O terminal 120; an N-channel transistor 20 whose source and drain are connected between the first I/O terminal 110 and the second I/O terminal 120; a first voltage control section 30 that controls a voltage of a back gate in the P-channel transistor 10; and a second voltage control section 40 that controls a voltage of a back gate in the N-channel transistor 20.
