PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system and an acoustic device capable of reducing the speaker volume so that a user can easily notice the incoming call from a registered caller while avoiding the atmosphere to be broken by an unnecessary incoming calls.SOLUTION: An acoustic system includes: a mobile phone 9 having storage means for storing telephone numbers; and a theater system 1. The mobile phone 9 includes means that transmits a first incoming call notice signal to the theater system 1 when the telephone number acquired from a radio wave at the time of receiving a call is determined to be matching to a number stored in the storage means, and transmits a second incoming call notice signal to the theater system 1 when the telephone number is determined to be otherwise. The theater system 1 includes control means that reduces the speaker sound volume when receiving the first incoming call notice signal transmitted from the mobile phone 9, and holds the speaker volume when receiving the second incoming call notice signal.
