Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The thin film solar cell module includes a substrate, a lower electrode layer on the substrate, a light absorption layer on the lower electrode layer, an upper electrode layer on the light absorption layer, and a protective layer on the upper electrode layer. The protective layer extends along sidewalls of the light absorption layer to the lower electrode layer, and includes a moisture absorbing material.
