Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film thickness of a metal electrode that enables manufacture at low cost while securing adhesive strength and reliability of a solar cell that includes a semiconductor substrate including pn junction.SOLUTION: In a solar cell, a semiconductor substrate 1 includes silver electrodes 4 and 7 on the light-receiving surface side and the back surface side, respectively, and the film thickness of the silver electrode 4 on the light-receiving surface side is larger than 9.3 μm, and the film thickness of the silver electrode 7 on the back surface side is larger than 4.8 μm.
