PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide advertisement information to bring both an advertiser and a user a profit.SOLUTION: The distribution program is allowed to function as: point number storage means for allowing a storage device to store the number of advertisement points corresponding to the amount of money preliminarily paid by the advertiser of a site in association with the advertiser; point number subtraction means for subtracting, from the number of advertisement points associated with the advertiser stored in the storage device, the number of advertisement points stored in association with the advertiser in the point number storage means according as a user terminal is connected to the site in which information related to the advertiser is stored in accordance with the operation of the user terminal; information storage means for storing information for identifying the user terminal connected to the site as information for identifying an individual; and transmission control means for transmitting profit information to the identified user terminal on the basis of the information for identifying the individual stored in the information storage means.
