PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start software according to user's needs and the user's performance level.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: storage means which stores software information; recommendation information generation means which, according to a level of a user using software that is acquired from a first external device connected to a communication network, generates software recommendation information for recommending software to the user on the basis of software information acquired from a second external device connected to the communication network and the software information stored in the storage means; input means which receives input of information concerning desired software by the user; keyword determination means which compares the input information with character strings for keyword determination that are preregistered with the storage means and determines a keyword related to the character string; recommendation determination means which collates the recommendation information generated by the recommendation information generation means with the keyword and acquires recommended software; and software start means which starts the acquired software.
