A weak adhesive agent layer 3 is formed on the other surface of the base material 4. Peeling force of the weak adhesive agent layer 3 on a glass plate shall be no less than 0.01 N/25 mm-width and no more than 4 N/25 mm-width in a 180 degree peeling test specified in JIS K6854-2.
