REFRIGERATOR AND OPERATION DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator and an operation display device that prevent malfunctions and failures caused by dew condensation water and are highly reliable.SOLUTION: The refrigerator and the operation display device comprise: a board housing part provided to the front surface of a door so as to form a recessed portion; and an operation display part placed in the board housing part. The operation display part comprises a decorative sheet 24, an operation part board 19, and a board holding part 18. A flange-shaped draining part 28 inclined in a horizontal direction is provided to the inner surface of the decorative sheet 24, and a water dropping passage 29 is provided to an end part. A recessed portion 30 is provided to the board holding part 18 opposed to the draining part. The distance (P) between the upper surface of the flange and the recessed portion is equal to or smaller than a distance (S) in which a water droplet is spherically shaped due to surface tension of water, and the distance (Q) between the most protruded portion of the flange and the recessed portion is equal to or larger than the distance (P) between the upper surface of the flange and the recessed portion. Thus, the board can be protected from dew condensation water generated on the inner surface of decorative sheet, and malfunctions and failures can be prevented to enhance reliability.
