REFRIGERATOR AND OPERATION DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator and an operation display device that hardly cause input errors of electrostatic touch switches and are highly reliable.SOLUTION: The refrigerator and the operation display device comprise: a board housing part provided to the front surface of a door of a refrigerator body so as to form a recessed portion toward a foam heat insulation material side from the front surface of the door; and an operation display part 16 placed in the board housing part. The operation display part comprises a decorative sheet 24, a board 19, and a board holding part 18. Electrostatic touch sensors 21 are placed on the board, and board pressing parts 26 are provided to the board holding part. The board pressing parts press the electrostatic touch sensors against the decorative sheet side. Thus, if the decorative sheet is distorted to some extent, the electrostatic touch sensors keep close contact with operation parts provided to the decorative sheet because the electrostatic touch sensors are always pressed against the decorative sheet side. Operations of the operation parts are detected with high sensitivity, and input errors can be significantly reduced so that their reliability is high.
