Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust preventive coating film and a rust preventive laminated coating film, not containing a zinc powder and having long-term anticorrosion property equal to or higher than a conventional coating material which contains the zinc powder, and to provide a rust preventive coating material capable of producing the same.SOLUTION: A rust preventive coating material containing a rust preventive component containing an alloy powder of at least one element (X) selected from Mg, Si, Cd, Ba, Ga, In, Sn and Bi and aluminium, and/or a metal mixture powder containing a metal powder of the element (X) and an aluminum powder and not having a zinc powder, and a film formation component (the film formation component excludes an epoxy resin, an urethane resin and an acrylate resin when the rust preventive component is the alloy containing Mg and aluminium, and/or the metal mixture powder containing the Mg powder and the aluminum powder), a rust preventive coating film thereof, a rust preventive laminated coating film having the rust preventive coating film and an undercoat layer, a topcoat later and the like are provided.
