Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof device which realizes secure attachment to an adjacent component of a vehicle despite a simple structural design.SOLUTION: A roof device 3 is a retractable type and includes a roof frame 4 which extends to an area between an upper front glass cowl and a fixed roll bar 6 at a closed position and is movably connected to a mount 10 fixed to a body part through link mechanisms 11, 13. Seal materials 17 extend at both sides of the roof frame 4, and each seal material 17 is divided into three parts in a length direction. A front portion 18 of each seal material 17 is fastened to the roof frame 4 placed at the front side. An intermediate portion 19 of each seal material 17 is fastened to the link 11 of the link mechanisms 11, 13, and a rear portion 20 of each seal material 17 is fastened to a rear planar awning frame 5.
