Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement device capable of automating replacement of not only a work, but also a jig.SOLUTION: A replacement device is used for a processing device including a main shaft unit to which a work can be fitted through a jig, and includes a fixing mechanism having at least one fixing part fixed attachably/detachably to the jig and work, and a moving mechanism capable of moving the fixing part, along an axis extending in parallel with the main shaft unit, to, at least, a first position where the fixing part can be fixed attachably/detachably to the jig, a second position where the fixing part can be fixed attachably/detachably to the work, and a third position where the fixing part interferes with neither the jig nor the work along the axis.
