SPRINKLER HEAD COVER AND CONCEALED SPRINKLER HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler head cover with improved strength in a joint part between a retainer and a cover plate, and provide a concealed sprinkler head having the sprinkler head cover.SOLUTION: A hole or notch 18 is formed in a joint part 16 to a cover plate 4 arranged in a tip end of a leg part 15 and a hole diameter or a width W1 of the notch is set to be twice as long as or exceed a height H from an upper surface 161 of the joint part 16 to the cover plate 4, thereby the length of an edge of the joint part 16 is increased by an edge of the hole or notch 18 and an area of a fillet 19 formed in the edge is increased to result in improvement of the joint strength. An area of a side surface part of a low melting point alloy 17 interposed between the joint port 16 and the cover plate 4 is also increased to easily release gas generated by evaporation of flux components from the side surface part of the low melting point alloy 17.
