PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cleaning body capable of achieving connection between a rotor and a rotation holding unit without causing eccentric rotation due to a center deviation.SOLUTION: A rotary cleaning body includes: a rotor 2 rotatably mounted on an appliance and having a cleaning body 6 on an outer periphery; a rotation holding unit 7 having a bracket 8 to be connected to the end of the rotor 2, a bearing part 15, and a shaft 14; and connection lock means 18 for connecting the rotor 2 to the bracket 8. A tapered projection 5 where a diameter is gradually reduced toward an end surface is arranged at the end of the rotor 2, and a tapered recession 11 where a diameter is gradually reduced toward the other end from the end surface is arranged in the bracket 8. The tapered projection 5 and the tapered recession 11 are fitted by tapering.
