COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus and a wireless communication system capable of ensuring efficient and stable wireless communication.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 50, which is capable of connecting in a wireless manner with a seat side communication apparatus 30 arranged for a wireless communication function on a mounting face 702 of a fixed seat 101a, is mounted on a moving body 102 which moves generally parallel to the mounting face 702 of the seat 101a. The communication apparatus 50 includes: a first moving body plane 802 disposed generally parallel to a moving direction of the moving body 102 and being directly opposing to the mounting face 702 of the seat 101a; a second moving body plane 803 disposed on the bottom plane of the moving body 102; a third moving body plane disposed in a direction of forward-backward movement of the moving body 102; an antenna section 51 that transmits data to and receives data from the seat side communication apparatus 30 in a wireless manner; and a control unit 54 that controls the transmission/reception of the data. The antenna section 51 is disposed on at least one of the first moving body plane 802, the second moving body plane 803 and the third moving body plane.
