PRODUCTION METHOD OF ALKALI DETERGENT COMPOSITION FOR STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a production method of a concentration type detergent composition excellent in storage stability, by using an agitation tank having agitation blades; and the concentration type detergent composition excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: A production method of an alkali detergent composition for a steel sheet includes: a process (1) in which components including an alkali agent, a chelate agent, a nonionic detergent, a slurrying agent, a dispersant and water are introduced into an agitation tank having agitation blades; and a process (2) in which the agitation blades are revolved, thereby the respective components are mixed with each other, wherein ratios of the respective components introduced into the agitation tank in the process (1) are such that the alkali agent is 34-45 wt.%, the chelate agent is 0.5-12 wt.%, the nonionic detergent is 0.1-8 wt.%, the slurrying agent is 0.4-4.5 wt.%, and the dispersant is 0.05-2.0 wt. %, and the dispersant is at least one chosen from a group consisting of compounds represented by general formula (1)-(5).
