PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a composited image with more satisfactory image quality by compositing an X-ray moving image and preliminarily collected X-ray images.SOLUTION: A medical image processor relating to an embodiment includes an image storage part, an image acquisition part, an information addition part and an image composition part. The image storage part corresponds to a plurality of time phases different from each other and stores first X-ray image data for a plurality of frames corresponding to an area including an area of interest. The image acquisition part corresponds to the plurality of time phases, and sequentially acquires second X-ray image data for a plurality of frames corresponding to the area of interest. The information addition part respectively adds information representing the plurality of time phases to the first and second X-ray image data. The image composition part sequentially composites the first and second X-ray image data with the time phase corresponding thereto on the basis of the information representing the plurality of time phases to be respectively added to the first and second X-ray image data.
