The game server determines a user relation showing a predetermined relations between a user performing the operation for generating the advantages in the event and another notification object user participating in the game on the basis of user information stored in a storage part in accordance with the occurrence of the advantages in the event. Then, the game server changes a notification aspect in each notification object user on the basis of the user relations determined by a user relation determination part when notifying terminal devices of the notification object users that the advantages in the event occur.
