Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match input/output impedances irrespective of a gain control state while maintaining low noise amplification performance.SOLUTION: A variable gain amplifier 100 includes: an amplification circuit 101 for amplifying a signal input into an input terminal RFIN while a first mode is selected; a bypass circuit 102 connected in parallel with the amplification circuit 101 to route the signal input into the input terminal RFIN to an output side of the amplification circuit 101 while a second mode using a lower gain than the first mode is selected; an output matching circuit MN2 connected to the output side of the amplification circuit 101 and the bypass circuit 102 to match an output side impedance of the amplification circuit 101 while the first mode is selected; and a matching correction circuit MN3 connected in parallel with the output matching circuit MN2 while the second mode is selected to match an output side impedance of the bypass circuit 102. |
