PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and highly reliable stationary induction electric apparatus, by enhancing insulation properties at a lead-out part of a winding lead.SOLUTION: In the stationary induction electric apparatus where a winding is housed in a container T filled with insulation oil 11, and a winding insulation part W is constituted around the winding, an opening 16 is provided in the winding insulation part W, a lead wire 17 of the winding is led out via the opening 16, the periphery of the lead wire 17 thus led out is surrounded by a lead insulation part L connected with the winding insulation part W at the opening 16 via the insulation oil 11, and a ring-shaped solid insulator 18 is provided so as to be in close contact with the lead wire 17 thus led out and the lead insulation part L.
