WRITE CONTROL METHOD OF NONVOLATILE SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY DEVICE AND MICROCOMPUTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, which improves use efficiency of a memory for a life of the nonvolatile semiconductor memory device and the number of times of rewriting data, and to provide a microcomputer incorporating the nonvolatile semiconductor memory device.SOLUTION: In the control method of the nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, a storage part of a nonvolatile semiconductor device comprises a first block and a second block which store variable data, and a third block which stores fixed data. When the number of times of erasing of the first block and the second block reaches a predetermined number of times, the fixed data stored in the third block is transferred to the first block, and the second block and the third block are used for storing the variable data that is thereafter written.
