Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making-up a photopolymerizable lithographic printing plate having excellent plate durability, and in which the problems of ink desorption properties and the collapse of dots in a shadow part are improved, and a production device used therefor.SOLUTION: The method for making up a photographic printing plate is characterized in that, in a method for making up a photopolymerizable lithographic printing plate having a hydrophilic layer on a base material and at least having a photosensitive layer on the hydrophilic layer, after the photopolymerizable lithographic printing plate is subjected to developing treatment, in a state where the face on the side having the hydrophilic layer of the lithographic printing plate comprises a moisture of 60 mass% or higher of the liquid absorption amount of the hydrophilic layer, post-exposure is performed.
