TILE PANEL FOR COATING TUNNEL WALL SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile panel for coating a tunnel wall surface, which can prevent peeling off of tiles bonded to a substrate and extend a durable period even if there is a difference in physical properties such as thermal expansion coefficient between the tiles or the substrate and an adhesive.SOLUTION: An adhesive 3 applied on a substrate 2 forms multiple continuous or discontinuous belt-like lines extending in a longitudinal direction on a rear surface of a tile 4. Those lines of the adhesive 3 do not connect with each other over the whole area of an adhesive zone 5 located at upper or lower side of each line even when those lines are widen during pressure bonding of the tile. The adhesive 3 is made of elastic material with an expansion ratio of at least 20% during a durable period of a tile panel 1. Each end of widened lines of the adhesive 3 is kept from spreading into a joint 6 between adjacent tiles 4.
