Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool enabling display of battery residual capacity by an easy operation.SOLUTION: A power tool 1 includes: a housing 2; an electric motor 25 disposed in the housing 2; a battery 27 supplying power to the electric motor 25; a handle 30 provided in the housing 2; a trigger switch 33 provided in the handle 30 to control power supply to the electric motor 25; a battery residual capacity display section 28 displaying residual capacity of the battery 27; and a lock release switch 34 which is provided in the handle 30, allows a worker to perform an operation of the trigger switch 33 by operating the switch 34 and displays residual capacity of the battery 27 in the battery residual capacity display section 28.
