Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam welding method capable of easily preventing a decrease in strength of weld metal, while preventing a defect caused by misalignment.SOLUTION: Characteristically, an electron beam welding method includes the steps of: applying a primary weld bead 1 in such a manner that it includes a groove 5 formed in butt parts of two base materials 4; and sequentially forming a plurality of secondary weld beads 2 and 3 equal in width to the primary weld bead 1 in positions in which they overlap the primary weld bead 1 and in which the secondary weld beads 2 and 3 do not overlap each other.
