Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for an effluent discharged from an incineration plant which can reduce the facility cost, permit a simple operation management, and recycle treated water as boiler raw water, machinery cooling water, etc.SOLUTION: In the effluent treatment method for an organic effluent and an inorganic effluent discharged from an incineration plant of refuses, the organic effluent is biologically treated, and after the water obtained as a result of the biological treatment has been mixed with the inorganic effluent, a coagulant and an alkali are added to the resulting mixture, and the generated flocculate is flocculated/precipitated; next, the pH of the body of water from which the precipitated flocculate has been separated is adjusted within a pH value range of 7.5-9.5 by adding an acid thereto, and the treated solution is filtered through sand, treated with activated carbon, and filtered through a pre-filter; moreover, the filtered solution is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane, and the membrane-concentrated water obtained as a result of the reverse osmosis membrane treatment is provided as water to be mixed with fly ashes emitted from the incineration plant and/or as a sewage effluent; the treated water can be recycled as boiler raw water, machinery cooling water, etc.
