Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal endothelial cell imaging device 1 that allows effective alignment to the endothelium of cornea without requiring a subject eye to change a visual direction in inspection of the subject eye.SOLUTION: The above device 1 comprises: an inspection optical part 20 having an anterior eye observation optical system 23 and a cornea imaging optical system 22; a linear driving mechanism and a rotation driving mechanism for moving the inspection optical part; and a control part 15 for controlling driving operation of the inspection optical part by the linear driving mechanism and the rotation driving mechanism so that the inspection optical part is positioned to a designated position of a subject eye E. The control part has an inspected position designation part 15a and a normal direction arithmetic part 15b for a designated inspected portion. The control part is configured to set an optical reference axis S of the inspection optical part along the normal line in the designated inspected portion and control driving operation by the linear driving mechanism and the rotation driving mechanism in order to position the inspection optical part to the designated inspected part of the endothelial of corneal based on luminance information of a corneal endothelium image.
