HEAT ACCUMULATOR CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power purchased from a system with respect to a heat accumulator controller which accumulates heat using the electric power.SOLUTION: A heat accumulator controller includes: an electric power generation information gathering part which periodically gathers electric power generation information including a power generation amount of an electric power; a load information gathering part which periodically gathers load information including a total value of measured values of a load consuming the electric power generated by the electric generator; a heat accumulator load planned value acquisition part which acquires a planned value of loads on a plurality of heat accumulators; and a heat accumulator operation propriety calculation part which calculates whether to determine an operation of a heat accumulator which is planned to be in an operation, but not in the operation among the plurality of heat accumulators based upon the power generation amount, a total value, and the planned value when it is determined, based upon the planned value of the loads on the plurality of heat accumulators and measured values of the loads on the plurality of heat accumulators, that there is the heat accumulator not in the operation.
