Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of suppressing a rush current and obtaining a high power factor with a simple configuration, to provide an LED lighting device having the power supply device, and to provide an illuminating device having the LED lighting device.SOLUTION: A power supply device 25 comprises a full-wave rectifier REC1, a power conversion circuit 23, and a partial smoothing circuit 24. The power conversion circuit 23 comprises at least one switching element Q1, and converts an output of the full-wave rectifier REC1 into a DC voltage by a switching operation of the switching element Q1. The partial smoothing circuit 24 comprises a capacitor C1, and a first diode D1 connected in reverse polarity to an output polarity of the full-wave rectifier REC1, in series, and is provided to an output side of the full-wave rectifier REC1 so as to be in parallel to the power conversion circuit 23. In the partial smoothing circuit 24, the capacitor C1 is charged depending on the switching operation of the switching element Q1 of the power conversion circuit 23, and a charged electric charge of the capacitor C1 is supplied to the power conversion circuit 23 via the first diode D1 at a valley part of the output voltage of the full-wave rectifier REC1. |
