The transmission device 11 comprises: a mapping unit which generates a transmission signal by placing each of a plurality of signals in a subcarrier; and a shift unit which duplicates the transmission signal to generate the transmission signals for each of the plurality of antennas, and shifts at least one of the transmission signals for each of the plurality of antennas to the direction of frequency. The reception device 12 comprises: a receiving unit which receives the radio signals; and an equalizing unit which equalizes the signals received by the receiving unit in the time domain.
