Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectroscope capable of always generating a stable high-frequency voltage and performing a high-accurate measurement even when an ambient temperature fluctuates.SOLUTION: A mass spectroscope comprises: an LC resonance circuit 11 generating a voltage to be applied to a plurality of electrodes; a frequency variable circuit 12 that can change a resonant frequency of the LC resonance circuit 11; an amplitude modulation circuit 13 that can change an amplitude of the LC resonance circuit 11; a controller 10 controlling the frequency variable circuit 12 and the amplitude modulation circuit 13; and a first temperature measurement part 19. The controller 10 controls the frequency variable circuit 12 and the amplitude modulation circuit 13 on the basis of a measurement result acquired by the first temperature measurement part 19.
