Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a metal shaft material stably by bringing the whole electrode into uniform pressure contact with the axial end face of the metal shaft material over a long term, even if the axial end face is inclining for the axis, and connecting them electrically.SOLUTION: As a first movable board (23) is moved by a first pressure member (29), a first swing board (33) swings to follow up the end face of a metal shaft material while moving to the first movable board (23) side and resisting against the elastic force of a first elastic member (35). An electrode (5) is brought into uniform pressure contact with the end face by the first movable board (23) abutting against the first swing board (33), with a required pressure by the first pressure member (29).
