PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature correction method of a measuring device, which can realize a rapid and highly-accurate temperature correction.SOLUTION: A temperature correction method of a radiation measuring device which includes a measurement part 11 for detecting a radiation and a central processing unit 101 for processing radiation data outputted by the measurement part 11 includes: a step S6 of measuring an ambient temperature of the measurement part 11 with a thermistor 13 provided at the periphery of the measurement part 11 so as to estimate a temperature of the measurement part 11 on the basis of a temporal variation of the temperature measured by the thermistor 13; and a step S7 of correcting the radiation data outputted by the measurement part 11 on the basis of the estimated temperature of the measurement part 11.
