ELECTRODE HOLDING UNIT AND MEASUREMENT FIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode holding unit and a measurement fixture capable of easily bringing an electrode member into contact with a fine object to be measured with simple configurations.SOLUTION: A measurement fixture 10 includes: an electrode pair 160 having an insulating layer 163 having electric insulation and a pair of electrode members 161 and 162 disposed so as to be faced to each other with the insulating layer 163 interposed; holding means 140 and 150 configured to hold the electric pair 160; and a holding base section 50 configured to load an object to be measured between one electrode pair 160 and the other electrode pair 160, and to move at least one electrode pair 160 toward the loading place of the object to be measured. Then, at least one electrode pair 160 is moved toward the object to be measured so that the electrode members 161 and 162 of the pair of electrode pair 160 can be pressurized to the object to be measured.
