PNEUMATIC CLEARER DEVICE IN SPINNING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pneumatic nozzle to be installed at a proper position upon switching normal yarn spinning and compact yarn spinning.SOLUTION: A first positioning means 25 and a second positioning means 26 are formed in a pneumatic nozzle 16. The first positioning means 25 defines a fitting position of the pneumatic nozzle 16 assumed upon spinning a compact yarn. Upon spinning the compact yarn, when the pneumatic nozzle 16 is fitted in a rubber socket 15 to a position of the first positioning means 25, a distal end portion 19 is positioned in a proper position at a forward side of supplying on a collecting mechanism 3. The second positioning means 26 defines a fitting position of the pneumatic nozzle 16 assumed upon spinning a normal yarn. Upon spinning the normal yarn, when the pneumatic nozzle 16 is fitted in the rubber socket 16 to a position of the second positioning means 26, the distal end portion 19 is positioned in a proper position at a forward side of supplying on a draft roller mechanism 2. As a result, upon switching the compact yarn spinning and the normal yarn spinning, the pneumatic nozzle can be installed at a proper position.
