Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool that ensures looseness prevention of a chuck with respective to a spindle without increasing the number of parts.SOLUTION: A recess 5e for preventing rotation of a spindle 5 is formed on an end surface of the spindle 5 to be rotation-driven by a motor, which is located opposite to a chuck securing side of the spindle 5. The recess 5e is engaged with a tool 25 secured and supported by a vise or the like so as to receive force in a rotation direction of the spindle 5. In this state, a chuck 6 is screwed to the spindle 5 by sufficient rotational torque.
