PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply power generated by a vibration power generator using an electret to a power supply load.SOLUTION: A vibration power generator comprises: first and second substrates configured so as to be mutually moved by external vibration while being kept in a state opposed to each other; an electret group composed of a plurality of electrets arranged in the mutual movement direction on the one face side of the first substrate; and an electrode group which is composed of a plurality of electrodes arranged in the mutual movement direction on the face side opposed to the electret group on the second substrate, and includes first and second collector electrodes, each of which is an electrode electrically connected to a power supply load to which power generated by the external vibration is supplied, and a ground electrode which is installed between the first and second collector electrodes and is grounded.
