PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately transmit instructions related to imaging and the like by USB communication in the case where great amount of data is received by USB communication.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a communication unit which communicates with an imaging device through a plurality of buffer regions respectively corresponding to a plurality of end points of an imaging device according to the USB communication protocol; and a communication control unit which gets the communication unit to perform communication to obtain image data from the imaging device through a first buffer region of the plurality of buffer regions, and gets the communication unit to transmit at least one of an imaging instruction to instruct the imaging device to image and a setting change instruction to change a setting state of imaging operation of the imaging device to the imaging device through a second buffer region of the plurality of buffer regions.
