Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of conductor wires composing an electrode of a touch panel sensor while maintaining low resistance of the electrode.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 includes a base material 35 and electrodes 40 including a detection electrode and an extracting electrode connected to the detection electrode. The electrodes include a metal layer occupying at least a portion of the electrodes in an arbitrary cross section in a thickness direction. The metal layer is integrally formed at a connection of the detection electrode and the extracting electrode. The detection electrode includes a conductor mesh arranged with conductor wires into a mesh pattern. The height of the conductor wires is 0.2 μm or higher and 2 μm or lower, and the width of the conductor wires is 1 μm or wider and 5 μm or narrower. The conductor wires of the conductive mesh include base end surfaces positioned on the base material side and flat tip surfaces arranged so as to face the base end surfaces.
