A magnetic property measurement part 7 measures a specific part of a surface of the measurement motor 3 from an outside of the measurement motor 3. An irradiation part 13 irradiates the specific part with light since the specific part of the measurement motor exists on a surface. The irradiation part 13 irradiates the specific part with, for example, light of a color corresponding to a measurement result of the magnetic property measurement part 7 or a temperature measurement part 11 and thereby, in a real machine motor, makes a measurement result self-explanatory. A picture-taking part 15 takes a picture of the specific part since the specific part of the measurement motor 3 exists on the surface. By using the taken picture, a control part 9 makes it possible to coincide a real machine motor coordinate with a mesh coordinate or safely approach the magnetic property measurement part 7 to the specific part of the measurement motor 3.
