Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial stress application testing device which achieves the improvement in reliability of a result of a test at a multiaxial stress field, and a prediction method of stress corrosion cracking.SOLUTION: A multiaxial stress application testing device includes: an annular member 5 made of a material having flexibility; a test piece 6 including a body piece 11 arranged at the diametrical center of the annular member 5, and a plurality of arm pieces 12 which are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction and which extend from the body piece 11 toward the outside of the annular member 5 in a radial direction; and nut members 14 which are externally engaged with each of the arm pieces 12 and which fix the arm pieces 12 to the annular member 5 while pressing the annular member 5 in the radial direction.
