CONTINUOUS SINTERING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous sintering furnace in which the intrusion of the ambient air to a cooling part is effectively prevented without using a shielding member, the balanced state of the pressure in the furnace is held, and the quality of a product can be secured.SOLUTION: Regarding the continuous sintering furnace in which a dewaxing part 20, a sintering part 30 and a cooling part 40 are continuously provided from the upstream side to the downstream side in carrying of a furnace body 10 through which the inner-furnace carriage passage 11 of a workpiece W passes, and carrying means 50 for carrying the workpiece W along the inner-furnace carriage passage 11 is provided, and the downstream edge part in the carrying of the cooling part 40 is provided with the exhaust port 13 of the workpiece W, the vicinity of the exhaust port 13 is provided with a shielding air flow jet means 70 for shielding the exhaust port 13 and jetting a shielding air flow partitioning the inside of the furnace and the outside of the furnace in the cooling part 40. The jet direction and flow rate of the shielding air flow are suitably set, the intrusion of the ambient air to the cooling part 40 is prevented, and the balanced state of the pressure in the furnace is held.
