Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a Sigatoka disease control agent that is for controlling the Sigatoka disease which attacks Musaceae species, especially banana; and a control method of the Sigatoka disease.SOLUTION: There is provided a Sigatoka disease control agent that is a control agent which includes isoprothiolane (diisopropyl 1,3-dithiolane-2-ylidene malonate) as an active ingredient, and which is used for spraying treatment or applying treatment or the like to a leaf blade part or a pseudstem part of a banana parent pseudostem root attacked by the Sigatoka disease or estimated to be attacked by the Sigatoka disease, in order to control the Sigatoka disease that attacks Musaceae species, especially banana, and a control method of the Sigatoka disease is provided.
